As an intern with the Consumer Customer Experience team, some of the skills and areas you may have an opportunity to work on include: JAVA, Python, JIRA, Selenium, Figma/Figjam, Adobe XD or similar prototyping tools. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and determine how data can be used to achieve the delivery of the next best experience for our customers. You may be asked to craft customer experience strategies, drive customer experience projects, and conduct analytics across one or more Verizon Consumer Group functional units. Support strategy development for digital and engagement experiences. Provide perspective on emerging industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide insight on ways to improve the customer experience and drive sales growth. Collaborate with design and partner teams across the business to both learn and contribute to the design process responsible for designing, optimizing, and planning the future of user journeys across e-commerce experiences for Verizon consumers.
