Responsible for ensuring all orders are picked correctly by the customer order, including the correct item, quantity, labeled for the customer-specific distribution center, and special markings as required. The verifier may use a pallet jack and other powered industrial equipment to move products within the facility.

Requirements

• Able to work in fast paced environment, at times with short shipping deadlines.
• Able to identify products.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Willingness to learn & adapt.
• Reading and writing skills
• Forklift certification
• Physical ability to stand for long periods.
• Physical ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Using an RF scanner, verify staged product is correct per the customer order.
• Palettize order, wrap and stage order per standard operating procedures.
• Review pallet, for special markings, distribution center and any other customer markings.
• Repack orders, re-label cartons, etc. when needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Able to identify product defects.
• Ensure good housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
