  • Familiarity with computer‑aided drafting (CAD) tools

Responsibilities

  • Assist engineers in conducting physical measurements and material/failure analyses of components and finished goods
  • Learn to use and help operate measurement equipment such as CMM, Optical CMM, X‑ray fluorescence, contour/roughness meters, and force gauges
  • Support creation and verification of test setups, fixtures, and measurement methods to minimize measurement variation
  • Help develop and maintain measurement programs (PC‑DMIS) for CMM and Optical CMM under guidance
  • Collect, analyze, and document measurement data; prepare reports in line with component specifications and standards
  • Participate in cross‑sectioning, contamination identification, and other failure analysis activities
  • Assist with routine calibration and basic maintenance tasks for measurement equipment
  • Support writing and updating work instructions and analysis reports
  • Contribute data and observations to root cause analysis and corrective action activities
