The Verification & Control Inspector I position at Tenaris Bay City, Inc involves performing process and product verifications and final inspections to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and applicable standards. The role requires detecting and following up on quality events, reporting results of inspections, managing nonconformance materials, and reviewing QMS documents. The inspector will also implement changes to align the QMS with new standards, manage quality KPIs, support operations in quality document design, and assist in technical matters related to API standards. The position includes responsibilities for root cause analysis, proposing solutions to quality issues, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. The inspector will also be on call during weekends for emergencies.
