About The Position

We are looking for a V&V lead focused on on-road autonomy and ADAS/autonomous driving. You'll set the technical direction for system validation, lead the team in developing and executing validation strategies for autonomy modules, and ensure the highest standards of performance evaluation and safety case development for L4 trucking and related autonomy projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ADAS, autonomous driving, or related technical field
• MS/BS degree in Robotics, Aerospace, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Leadership experience with technical teams on system validation projects
• Deep knowledge of ADAS/AV system architecture and standards (ISO 26262, ISO 21448, UL4600)
• Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and industry partners

Nice To Haves

• Prior technical leadership in autonomous vehicle, ADAS, or aerospace programs
• Project management experience in AV or robotics fields
• Experience with safety engineering and requirements management
• Familiarity with simulation and scripting tools in autonomy systems
• Advanced degree in engineering, robotics, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of validation strategies for autonomy modules
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive test plans for simulation and real world testing
• Guide engineering teams through validation test plan development
• Architect solutions for performance analysis and challenging event identification
• Ensure metrics are mapped to safety cases and reported clearly
