As a Verification and Validation Engineer, you'll be part of our dynamic engineering team working as an on-site employee. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating system designs, software, and electrical hardware to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our products. This role requires a strong background in systems engineering, hands-on validation experience, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Review and analyze system designs to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
  • Develop and execute validation plans, test cases, and procedures for system-level integration.
  • Identify and resolve design issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to define software validation requirements.
  • Develop and perform software integration and validation tests, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Document and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Validate electrical hardware components and subsystems for functionality, reliability, and compliance.
  • Design and implement test setups for hardware validation, including instrumentation and data acquisition.
  • Analyze test results, generate validation reports, and recommend design improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) to ensure successful system integration.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of validation activities, test results, and issues.
  • Support product development lifecycle from concept through production launch.
  • Stay current with industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in systems integration, validation, or related engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of system design principles, software validation methodologies, and electrical hardware testing.
  • Proficiency with validation tools and test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, simulation software).
  • Experience with requirements management and defect tracking tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, IEC, DO-178C, etc.).
  • Programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, C/C++, MATLAB).
