Since 1989, Orlando Venues has served as Central Florida’s epicenter of sports and live entertainment, with the City of Orlando department overseeing the Kia Center, Camping World Stadium, Tinker Field, Harry P. Leu Gardens, Mennello Museum of American Art and the Public Art program. Collectively, these diverse venues host high-profile sporting events like the NFL Pro Bowl Games, Orlando Magic NBA basketball and three annual bowl games along with big-name concerts including Paul McCartney, Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter and the massive annual EDC Orlando. Our venues also enrich the surrounding community with award-winning art exhibitions, immersive events and educational experiences throughout the year. A Venues Experience Specialist (VES) is a key member of the Guest Experience Division at Orlando Venues, supporting KIA Center, Camping World Stadium, and Mennello Museum. They also contribute to the employee experience by supporting communication and training and fostering a positive team culture. With a safety-first mindset, VES team members monitor and report safety concerns, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the physical ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors.
