About The Position

The Venue Usher/Ticket Taker position at Live Nation involves ensuring the safety and satisfaction of guests during events. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Ability to walk constantly, climb stairs, and occasionally sit, lift, and carry 25 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and scan tickets upon entry to the venue.
• Answer guest questions and assist with locating their seats.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the venue.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems as they arise.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
• Provide assistance to guests with special needs, including seat accommodations.
• Participate in venue recycling efforts before, during, and after the show.
• Guide guests to exits or provide instructions in case of emergency.
• Assist in verifying staff credentials for restricted areas.
• Collaborate with team members to close the venue after events.
