THE JOB Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a responsible team member who will play a key role in directing traffic to public parking lots before and during showtime. This individual will also be responsible for directing non-showgoer traffic. The goal is to keep traffic moving efficiently while also keeping fans safe while they walk to the amphitheater.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must complete Construction Flagger course
  • Flexibility to work long hours during the weekday & weekend (80% of shows during the season)
  • Effectively communicate with leadership & problem solve in real time
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced, high demand work environment regardless of weather and other outdoor elements.
  • Position requires constant walking and standing
  • Ability to perform certain tasks such as lifting 50 lbs+ and working in extreme temperatures

Nice To Haves

  • One-year previous guest service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Direct motorists to parking areas/decks, using hand signals and/or flashlights as necessary
  • Direct traffic during egress for high attendance events
  • Knowledge of security pass sheet to determine which vehicles are allowed down which streets
  • Other tasks assigned by Management
