Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Venue Rentals & Sales, the Venue Sales Administrator's main responsibility will be to provide the team with the necessary sales support and administrative functions to meet and exceed set rental sales goals. The Venue Sales Administrator will be responsible for all inbound activity, including fielding rental requests, checking calendar availability, responding to new and established clients, and supporting clients and the rental sales team from conception to settlement. The successful Venue Sales Administrator will be a dynamic, engaging professional who builds rapport effectively through phone, email, and in-person interactions. They will promote the center as a premier venue to prospective clients, accelerating the rental process through exceptional responsiveness and strong organizational skills. In addition to the duties listed below, this position requires strong organizational skills and a history of excellent customer service. They should be sales-minded, tactical, and be a team player. The Venue Sales Administrator must be self-motivated, creative, outgoing, and eager to close the deal.
