OGX is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager, Experiences to support the day-to-day management and oversight of our growing Operations team. This role will assist in driving operational execution across multiple locations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a strong guest experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in the attractions, hospitality, or live entertainment industry, along with an interest in media and entertainment IP. This position supports operational planning, vendor management, financial tracking, and reporting, while partnering closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams. This role is based in either New York or Las Vegas and operates in a hybrid capacity, with an expectation of working in-office approximately 60–70% of the time. Flexibility to work weekends onsite is required.
