About The Position

The Venue Operations Coordinator at Live Oak Bank Pavilion and Greenfield Lake Amphitheater is responsible for supporting the venue team in Wilmington, NC. This hands-on role involves coordinating day-of-show operations, managing VIP experiences, maintaining signage, and ensuring smooth venue operations in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• Working knowledge of high-volume amphitheater operations.

• Maintain organized key cabinet and operations tools/supplies.
• Effective communication with team members and managers.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a live music environment.
• College diploma in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Ops Supervisor to perform day of show duties.
• Coordinate VIP Experiences with tours or agencies, including email coordination and on-site assistance.
• Keep wayfinding signage up-to-date and order as needed.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Order supplies and ensure proper coding while staying within the operations budget.
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties according to Live Nation policy.
• Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through the work area and reporting issues.
• Communicate any guest or team member issues to the Manager on Duty.
