About The Position

The Venue Merchandise Specialist position is a part-time/seasonal role at Live Nation Entertainment, starting in May 2025 and working through October 2025. Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for all guests and fans in Live Nation venues.
• Fulfill the order of guests in a timely fashion, ensuring they receive the correct items and sizes as requested.
• Accurately ring-up guest purchases in Live Nation's sales system.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venue.
• Participate in inventory count-in and count-out procedures.
• Create visually appealing displays and price items correctly.
• Complete sales transactions for each guest.
• Support successful sales operations at each event.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Perform physical duties as required by the role, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locations.
• Take direction from their supervisor, the venue's Merchandise Manager.
