In this hands-on role, you’ll create and customize high-quality hair systems by ventilating (hand-knotting) hair with precision and care. Whether you have direct experience or a background in detailed craftsmanship, we’re excited to help you grow in this specialized skill.
Requirements
- Experience in wig making, hair ventilation, or similar detailed work is a plus—but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on intricate tasks
- Patience, steady hand, and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to follow directions, patterns, and specifications
- Reliable, team-oriented, and quality-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Hand-ventilate hair into lace and other hair system bases with accuracy and consistency
- Construct, repair, and customize wigs and hair systems to client specifications
- Blend hair density, direction, and color for natural-looking results
- Inspect finished products to ensure HairClub quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper care of tools and materials
- Partner with team members to meet production goals and timelines
