As a Go-to-Market Strategy Manager at PayPal, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a change landing and operational execution strategy and plan with the goal of maximizing customer adoption of high-priority initiatives across Venmo. You will create a GTM strategy for Venmo's highest priorities and operational execution landing plan. The core responsibilities will include creating compelling and impactful GTM strategies that incorporate customer needs and benefits, ensuring alignment among customer-facing organizations, leading enablement initiatives, monitoring product engagement metrics, and measuring the success of go-to-market initiatives.

  • Create compelling and impactful GTM strategies that incorporate the customer's needs and benefits.
  • Create unique value propositions for various customer sub-segments, ensuring consistent leverage across all GTM channels.
  • Ensure alignment among customer-facing organizations (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support) and internal stakeholders on delivery plans.
  • Lead enablement initiatives such as launching new proof points and periodic reviews of global assets.
  • Monitor product engagement metrics and capture feedback from customers and customer-facing teams.
  • Track product success in conjunction with supporting teams.
  • Own and measure the success of go-to-market initiatives, demonstrating impact on product adoption, revenue metrics, and retention strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
  • Experience in GTM, Product Marketing, and/or Product Commercialization Strategy, ideally within payments or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and messaging development.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute data-driven go-to-market plans and pilot programs.
  • Experience supporting the communication, launching, and monitoring of product changes.
  • Experience analyzing processes and performance data to provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to contribute to the design and implementation of product process and system changes.
