About The Position

We are looking at have a Vendor Support Specialist join our Surge Management team! They will be responsible for managing our Surge Management System and ensure that all the orders coming into the system are getting filled immediately. This is a full-time (Monday - Friday) On-Site position that is located at our headquarters office in Columbus, Ohio at 4 Easton Oval. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of previous customer service or appropriate company offices) as needed business experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with others.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work with other team members as well as independently.
  • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks deadlines.
  • Cooperative, team-oriented, patient, calm under pressure.
  • Ability to access areas where needed.
  • Ability to arrange things in certain order (e.g., alphabetically, equipment is located numerically).
  • Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and within company guidelines and have the flexibility to identify and respond to changes in priorities.
  • Ability to make competent use of work-related equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills materials.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to all clients.
  • Ability to remember information (e.g., policies, procedures) or (customers and employees) locate resources to find information as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance
  • Manage Surge Management system and ensure all orders are getting filled immediately
  • Work with offices that utilize Surge Management and train them how to use the system
  • RFP, paperwork, and establishing the accounts in TempWorks
  • Auditing Sub-Vendors to ensure compliancy throughout the Surge Management Program
  • Negotiating Vendor agreements to ensure profitability for Surge Management
  • Communicating with Surge Management clients ensuring satisfactory service
  • Making sure the overall billing for Surge Management is increasing weekly/monthly/ quarterly
