About The Position
The position involves driving the implementation of RealPage's enhanced Vendor Risk Management (VRM) program in collaboration with key stakeholders within Global Procurement and the business. The role requires overseeing and managing the VRM program on an ongoing basis, ensuring that risk reviews and remediations are performed in a timely manner. The candidate will formalize the VRM program into a system-based approach with greater automation, moving away from manual processes. Additionally, the role includes preparing and presenting risk reports to senior management and relevant committees, highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies. The candidate will serve as a key liaison with external vendors, internal business units, and procurement to manage relationships and resolve issues related to the VRM program. Monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt the VRM program accordingly is also a critical responsibility. The candidate will drive automation initiatives and process improvements within the VRM program, focusing on continuous improvement. Furthermore, monitoring and reporting on performance metrics (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improving processing speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency is essential. Collaboration with auditors and providing necessary documentation for SOX, statutory, and internal audits is required.
