About The Position
Nexamp is looking to hire a Vendor Relationship Manager to join its Customer Experience team. We are looking for a passionate and proactive person to be responsible for building and sustaining strong, strategic partnerships with vendors to ensure the effective delivery of products and services. Your role will encompass oversight of overall program performance including workforce management (WFM) metrics, quality assurance (QA), and content accuracy while actively monitoring vendor effectiveness and collaborating with internal teams to achieve organizational objectives. The Vendor Relationship Manager plays a key role in aligning vendor capabilities with the company’s strategic goals to maximize value and performance.
