About The Position

The Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to manage and optimize our comprehensive Vendor Performance Program. This critical role will drive excellence in vendor management through data-driven performance measurement, analytics, and relationship management across GREF's global vendor portfolio. The program encompasses key performance indicators (KPIs), business reviews, rebates/penalties/incentives, and vendor satisfaction measurement to ensure world-class service delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience reviewing and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvement
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
  • Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
  • Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management
  • 7+ years of experience in vendor/supplier performance management, preferably in a global corporate environment
  • Experience with vendor management tools and systems

Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve GREF's Vendor Performance Program strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer obsession principles
  • Oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of vendor KPIs, working closely with business partners to define meaningful metrics that drive desired outcomes
  • Manage quarterly/annual business review processes, ensuring data-driven evaluation of vendor performance and identification of improvement opportunities
  • Drive the rebates, penalties and incentives (RP&I) workstream, including contract compliance, collection processes, and financial impact tracking
  • Own the vendor satisfaction survey program, analyzing feedback data to generate actionable insights for service enhancement
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, toolkits, and best practices for vendor performance management
  • Partner with GREF Contracts, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure contract terms support performance requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and internal partners to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead change management and communication strategies for program updates and enhancements
