About The Position

The Vendor Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes related to vendor relationships, overseeing order processing, and developing workflows that enhance efficiency and maintain high standards across all vendor operations. Additionally, this role will manage local SEO campaigns to maintain subject matter expertise, providing guidance and insights to the team. The Vendor Operations Manager will also support departmental OKRs focused on vendor relations and new product initiatives, contributing to both the department and company's initiatives and goals. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented professionals with a strong background in process management, campaign oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, committed to fostering operational excellence and innovation within the team

Requirements

  • Expertise in managing and processing high volumes of orders across multiple platforms (e.g., Organic SEO, Local SEO, Web Services) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail in reconciling vendor invoices, with an understanding of accounting principles to maintain accurate billing records.
  • Ability to manage tasks supporting OKRs and product rollouts, including tracking milestones, coordinating team check-ins, and gathering relevant data.
  • Familiarity with campaign setup and optimization processes, including customer service best practices, to successfully oversee and troubleshoot up to 150 campaigns with the potential to flex beyond that when needed.
  • Skilled in leading team discussions, providing performance updates, and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams. Ability to clearly articulate complex information as a subject matter expert.
  • Capable of creating and delivering training materials and guiding team members and external vendors on workflows and operational standards.
  • Support Operations Manager in tracking, analyzing, and interpreting KPI data, with the ability to use insights to support team alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Strong skills in identifying inefficiencies and implementing streamlined workflows, contributing to consistent, high-quality operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process and assign orders across Organic SEO and Web Services.
  • This includes handling cancellations, renewals, and Ui.Marketing requests.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate fulfillment
  • Manage M2M (month-to-month) subscriptions
  • Reconcile all vendor invoices to maintain accuracy in billing and ensure consistency in vendor records.
  • Consistently manage up to 150 points of campaigns with the potential to flex beyond that when needed, focusing on set-up, optimization, and best practices in customer service and communication to ensure campaign success.
  • Support senior leadership in achieving department KPIs by assisting with tracking and reporting progress on key metrics.
  • Support vendor-related OKRs using insights to drive continuous optimization and alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Local SEO and internal processes/products. Provide guidance, insights, and best practices to keep the team informed and aligned with current industry standards.
  • Create training materials to support new team members and ongoing learning initiatives within the department.
  • Assist with training for all new team members, ensuring they meet job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Regularly review vendor workflows and processes to find opportunities for optimization and efficiencies.
  • Work closely with Sales to facilitate and support partner training for Earned & Owned Media products
