You'll streamline onboarding, manage compliance documentation, and support both vendors and internal teams in building successful, scalable relationships.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in vendor management, compliance, or operations coordination
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between vendors and internal teams (legal, procurement, finance, compliance, operations)
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including documentation (W-9s, NDAs, insurance certificates, etc.) and system setup
• Ensure vendors are fully onboarded with portal access, tools, and expectations
• Maintain accurate vendor records, agreements, and compliance status
• Monitor risk protocols and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
• Identify and remove onboarding bottlenecks; recommend process improvements
• Support internal teams by providing training and resources on onboarding procedures
• Track onboarding KPIs and provide regular reports to leadership
