Our focus is to expand our technology lead, acquire and integrate less efficient competitors, and tap into new segments through an integrated inbound marketing and sales approach. ABC is hiring a Vendor Contracts & Facilities Manager to own the full lifecycle of key vendor relationships—contracting, pricing/rate negotiations, invoice review, spend auditing, supplier performance management, and ongoing account management. This role will also support facilities management needs across HQ and remote offices, ensuring sites are safe, efficient, and vendor-supported.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, facilities, procurement, or a related role.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and reviewing contracts or service agreements.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially related to invoices, documentation, and timelines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Vendor contract management & commercial oversight
  • Own and administer vendor contracts, and develop vendor scorecards
  • Benchmark pricing and negotiate rates/terms to ensure ABC receives competitive value.
  • Maintain a contract calendar and prevent auto-renew surprises.
  • Partner with Legal/Finance to ensure contracts meet risk, compliance, and budget requirements.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for external account managers.
  • Build internal partnerships with office leadership, IT, HR, and Operations to align vendor services to needs.
  • Invoicing, auditing & spend control
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy
  • Lead periodic audits of suppliers as needed
  • Track savings, avoided costs, and contract performance metrics; report regularly to leadership.
  • Facilities management (HQ + remote offices)
  • Coordinate facilities-related vendors (janitorial, repairs/maintenance, security, mailroom, waste, etc.).
  • Support remote offices with vendor sourcing, service scheduling, and issue resolution.
  • Own basic facilities workflows: work orders, preventative maintenance scheduling, access/badging coordination
