About The Position
The Vendor Management Specialist at KeyBank is responsible for overseeing the selection, onboarding, offboarding, management, and performance of external vendors and service providers for the Institutional Bank. This role ensures that vendors meet the organization's standards for quality, compliance, and risk management while adding value to business users. The specialist will engage with managers, users, and vendors to ensure the Third-Party Management (TPM) Program is executed effectively, including facilitating audits and risk assessments.
