The Vendor Management Coordinator plays a crucial role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing Valligent's panel of appraisers and vendors. This position ensures that vendors are trained, compliant with company policies, and available to meet client needs efficiently, all while thriving in a fast-paced environment that demands attention to detail and strong communication skills.

  • Makes daily calls to engage desk and field appraisers for Alternative and Traditional valuation products.
  • Makes daily calls to engage inspection agents and BPO agents for Alternative valuation products.
  • Identifies market areas in need of appraisers and proactively engages with those appraisers to add to the Valligent panel.
  • Manages the appraiser relationship and fosters the relationship during both busy and slower seasons.
  • Ensures training, samples, vendor profiles, and vendor documents are established and maintained in accordance with policy.
  • Maintains the Vendor Document Portal for all contracted vendors to ensure all vendor documents are up to date, accurate, and in alignment with Valligent document requirements.
  • Builds relationships with inspection agents and appraisers who complete this work.
  • Participates in client onboarding to ensure new coverage areas for appraisal and inspection work are optimal.
  • Communicates weekly with Executive Management on the panel status and presents updates to the panel via spreadsheet weekly and monthly.
  • Escalates issues as appropriate to the leadership team.
  • Follows compliance and regulatory guidelines for Valligent's contracted vendors.
  • Maintains the Exclusionary Panel in Acuity.
  • Partners with QC on vendor performance and communicates with agents or appraisers on their performance.
  • Works in a fast-paced environment, understanding the sense of urgency to meet client turn times and expectations.
  • Manages the Vendor Recruitment Queue and maintains turn time of this queue.
  • Completes Daily Productivity Log and ensures any team members complete their Daily Productivity Log.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to plan, organize, and onboard effectively and efficiently.

  • Knowledge or experience with real estate, appraisal management companies, or prior experience in a fast-paced production environment.
