Position Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) Location: Chambersburg, PA Travel: Drive a 25-ft. company box truck (non-CDL) to customer locations What You'll Do: As a Vendor Managed Inventory Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining customer inventory levels and building lasting relationships. Key responsibilities include: Delivering, stocking, counting, and re-ordering products at customer sites Developing strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities Managing inventory binders and running quarterly/biannual usage reports Participating in weekly meetings with team members and managers Coordinating warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and order entry About Value Added Distributors We are headquartered in Wisconsin and operate in eight states with 18 locations across the Midwest, South, and East Coast. Requirements
- Strong decision-making ability with a sense of urgency
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Ability to obtain a DOT medical card and Class C Non-CDL license
- Comfortable driving in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely

- Previous knowledge of hydraulic components is a plus!
