About The Position

We are seeking a Vendor Coordinator who is bright, energetic, and well organized to work in our Preventive Maintenance Department. Candidate should possess excellent telephone and computer skills and have the ability to handle a variety of processes. A combined sense of urgency while maintaining accuracy is essential.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and Google Sheets.
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • A minimum of 1 year’s office experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe, and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

  • Invoice review, coding, and data entry.
  • Problem resolution, which may include daily contact with vendor network via phone/email.
  • Statement and report review
  • Miscellaneous finance and reporting functions.
  • Support the operations of the company with administrative tasks as needed.
