We are seeking a Vendor Contracts Manager to administer the full lifecycle of third-party agreements. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the timely negotiation, execution, and adherence of all contracts to both company policies and legal mandates. Reporting to the Director of Risk Management, this position requires interdepartmental collaboration to mitigate risk, enhance vendor partnerships, and contribute to strategic procurement initiatives. The role will work closely with the TPRM manager to ensure contracts align with risk assessments and vendor segmentation strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to vendor governance.
