Title: Vendor Contract Administrator Job Duties: The Vendor Contract Administrator is responsible for the organization’s vendor contracts. This includes but is not limited to drafting and negotiating contracts, managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, tracking contract metrics, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, educating stakeholders regarding contract terms, and ensuring compliance with contract-related laws and regulations.
