About The Position
The Vendor Compliance Analyst is responsible for the execution and adherence of Supply Chain Compliance requirements. The position requires direct interaction with Ralph Lauren Suppliers in addition to working collaboratively with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams including but not limited to Production, Merchandising, Logistics, Drop Ship Operations, Account Services, Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations and Third-Party Providers to provide clear, consistent communication of vendor guidelines and compliance policies in a high growth retailer environment. The role ensures seamless product receipts to all RL DCs, stores and 3PLs, identifies internal errors/issues impacting data flow, researches vendor non-compliance, processes chargebacks, and produces compliance reporting to senior management.
