The primary purpose of the Vendor Compliance Analyst is to support The Home Depot Compliance Program. The Vendor Compliance Analyst is expected to be a SME on the Compliance Program and is responsible for analyzing compliance performance, identifying problems, manipulating data to drive conclusions, and develop recommendations that support and enhance the compliance program. Key components of the role are as follows: Responsible for the daily activities and reporting specifics to their departments - the Compliance Analyst will be the direct contact for IPR and Merchandising regarding vendor performance - Proactively engage vendors who are lacking in specific performance areas and provide best practices and get-well strategies as well as track for improvement - Work cross-functionally with many different business partners and IT to develop requirements, implement changes and execute on change management - Possess a high level of analytical ability to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop solutions using quantitative skills - Deal with large, complex data sets to drive conclusions and make recommendations as well as streamline technical processes - Complete projects to optimize the compliance program accurately within the defined timeframe, ability to self-start with appropriate direction from Manager.
