The position involves performing complete service calls on all service work orders assigned during a given day. The technician will complete all service work orders that are dispatched and deemed emergency by customer service. Responsibilities also include installing, removing, or replacing vending machines, coolers, and fountain equipment as assigned by the vending service manager. The technician must complete appropriate equipment tags identifying the condition of equipment for any equipment being returned to the Marion Service department and ensure that each piece of equipment is in good working order before closing the work order. Additionally, maintaining and accurately recording inventory of vending and dispensing parts issued is required.
