  • Assist in driver check-in and check-out and order preparation.
  • Assist warehouse personnel in receiving deliveries and issuing products to vending routes.
  • Monitor daily meter and inventory accountability at machine and truck levels.
  • Train route drivers in using handheld scanners and making minor machine repairs.
  • Perform route driver duties when necessary.
  • Conduct ride-alongs with drivers to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Inspect trucks for cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
  • Inspect vending machines for compliance with plan-o-grams and product freshness.
  • Assist in developing or modifying route schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve business processes and efficiencies.
  • Champion a safety-focused work environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 or more years of relevant route experience.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to work with database inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Mechanical skills to operate manual and industrial equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs.
  • Experience in the service industry.
  • Basic management experience of 2 years.
