About The Position
Sodexo InReach is seeking a Vending Manager for our warehouse operation in Fairfield, NJ. The Vending Manager will be directly responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating a staff of 8-9 union route service employees, and 2 administrative assistants. The Vending Manager will be responsible for scheduling routes, managing the warehouse operation to include: inventory controls, food ordering, managing overtime, and ensuring proper fleet maintenance and DOT compliance. InReach has a full range of service lines to address different needs in a variety of spaces. From the lobby to the breakroom, from the ground floor to the top floor, and everywhere in between.
