The Title Clerk processes incoming titles ensuring transferability to buyers in an efficient and accurate manner. The role requires maintaining consistently high standards of accuracy and efficiency while adhering to company policies and procedures as well as state or federal laws. The Title Clerk reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing titles, handling payments, and maintaining knowledge of DMV laws and regulations related to vehicle titles.
