About The Position

Inside the Role As a Connectivity product expert, you will help drive DTNA’s transition toward Software‑Defined Vehicle (SDV) development. This role focuses on enabling high‑quality vehicle data streaming, remote software update solutions, and robust test management practices for E2E connectivity systems. You will collaborate closely with digital product teams, validation partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure connectivity solutions that support current and future digital services. We Take Care of Our Team What You Drive at DTNA Develop and validate vehicle data streaming solutions to support digital products such as Data‑as‑a‑Service (DaaS) and in‑cab data usage. Collaborate with digital product teams to ensure data availability, quality, and performance meet product and customer needs. Act as Test Manager for telematics systems, owning end-to-end test strategy, planning, and execution. Develop and continuously improve test methodologies, workflows, and validation concepts in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate testing activities across development, validation, and release phases to improve overall system quality. Support the organization’s transition toward Software‑Defined Vehicle (SDV) development by aligning tools, processes, and system architecture with future needs. Work cross‑functionally with engineering, validation, digital, and ICT teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery. Knowledge You Should Bring Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the automotive infotainment or telematics domain. Strong understanding of data streaming architectures, data validation, and quality assurance practices. Knowledge of remote software update technologies, including FOTA and POTA. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and global teams. Demonstrated experience working in cross‑regional and international environments. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple regions and time zones. Where We Work This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)- Detroit Administration Office, Portland, OR US. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Schedule Type: Hybrid (4 days per week in-office / 1 day remote). Requirements
