About The Position

Temp To Full-Time Vehicle Service Technician: This is a temp-to-hire position located in Lavonia, GA working from 8AM to 5PM, M-F with the possibility of weekend work. Pay Rate: $17.75/hr. Plus, an ADDITIONAL $4.93/hr for any hours worked up to 40 each week. Competitive benefits are offered through ETCON Employment Solutions at the time of hire. POSITION SUMMARY: Employee is responsible for washing, vacuuming, and parking vehicles. The VST can be assigned administrative tasks in support of the daily operations. Requirements

Must be customer oriented and possess excellent interpersonal skills to relate to people
Must have a valid state driver’s license and ability to operate a standard transmission
High school graduate or GED
Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Drug Free work environment
Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Report
Must be able to perform duties in inclement weather, lift to 40 lbs., possess physical capability to stoop, twist and bend to properly wash lower areas of vehicles and interior of vehicles.

Nice To Haves

Previous automotive detailing experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Must follow all safety requirements in accordance with IAL policies
Places and maintains decals on vehicles, washes, polishes, and cleans interiors and exteriors of vehicles
Perform the above duties in accordance with the IAL Standard Operating Procedures
Maintains clean work areas
Ability to perform multi-task with minimal supervision
Other duties as assigned by Management
