About The Position

The Vehicle Service Specialist at Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing essential preventative maintenance services on vehicles. This role involves working as part of a team to ensure guests' vehicles are safe and well-maintained, utilizing a comprehensive training program to develop necessary automotive skills.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above head.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Fluency in English for reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service to guests.
• Perform preventative maintenance services including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, and safety inspections.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver quick and trusted services.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance automotive skills.
