About The Position

Vehicle Sales Manager at Kings Volkswagen Kings Volkswagen - 9570 Kings Automall Road Job Details: Our dealership has a need for a Vehicle Sales Manager to oversee our Sales Department. We have some of the hottest products on the road today, which means greater income opportunity for you. The ideal manager must be proficient in working in the CRM and willing to work closely with our salespeople daily. Position is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling the activities of New Car Department., including: sales volume, appraisals, desking deals, advertising, evaluating purchase transactions, stock levels, disposal of non-retail vehicles, display and merchandising, hiring, training, and motivating salespersons. Must be organized, take initiative, act with integrity, believe in the team concept, portray a positive attitude, and display effective leadership skills. Requirements

  • 2+ years of current Sales Manager experience
  • Strong internet skills including CRM and VAuto
  • Proven track record in sales and CSI
  • Good math skills
  • High school graduate; college a plus
  • Satisfactory employment references
  • Pass background check
  • Must be 18 or older
