We are looking for a candidate that can lead vehicle program energy management (emphasis on Fuel Economy and Performance Feel) development from pre-program start to post-certification. Lead development and implementation of systems engineering to achieve best in class fuel economy and performance. Develop CAE vehicle fuel economy models to walk to future model years. Engineer proposals to achieve fuel economy targets and work with interfacing engineering activities to ensure successful implementation. Vehicle testing and validation of subsystem performance on global fuel economy drive cycles. Develop timing and test plans for design validation work. Competitive analytical forecasting of fuel economy capability. Competitive BIC vehicle testing and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience in vehicle program energy management.
  • Strong understanding of fuel economy and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in systems engineering principles.
  • Experience with CAE modeling and analysis.
