This is a 12 Month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills – strong verbal and written abilities to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Technical proficiency – skilled in computer-based programs, including data entry, Excel, and order management systems.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset – ability to identify issues, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Comfortable working Central and Eastern time zones if not local to Phoenix.
  • Must be local to Phoenix, Atlanta, or near a local Manheim Auction.
  • Ability to work hybrid (in office once a week).
  • No driving or supervisory responsibilities required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to external vendors, clients, and customers to obtain status updates, confirm vehicle locations, and gather necessary information to meet operational requirements.
  • Update accounts with essential details such as order notes, contact information (names, addresses, phone numbers), and account numbers across internal systems and external platforms.
  • Enter and manage transportation notes for each order using relevant computer applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Follow up on submitted orders to verify correctness, resolve discrepancies, and update deficient information promptly.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to track customer orders, inventory levels, and key reminders.
  • Organize existing data for easy access and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage daily inventory to ensure proper allocation and availability.
  • Collect and analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the department manager or supervisor.
