Vehicle Inventory Dealership Porter/Photographer
About The Position
Pro-MotionPix is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Porter/Photographer to help dealerships showcase their inventory online. In this full-time position, you’ll photograph, video, and help manage vehicle inventory across multiple dealership locations using a company-issued iPhone and app. You’ll play a key role in keeping dealership inventory up-to-date, visually appealing, and ready for sale. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and presentation.
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Comfortable driving both automatic and manual vehicles (manual preferred but not required).
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Are self-motivated, dependable, and organized.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Take pride in accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Have a customer-service mindset and professional attitude.
- Are tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable with technology (smartphones, apps, data entry).
- Able to handle physical tasks such as moving and staging vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle.
- Locate and stage vehicles for photo and video sessions.
- Capture high-quality photos, spins, and videos with a company-provided iPhone and app.
- Verify VINs and ensure inventory details are accurate before uploading.
- Work with dealership staff to identify units not ready or available for photography.
- Maintain consistent flow of vehicles to ensure all inventory is up-to-date and online quickly.
