Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft excel
- General math skills to include reconciling stock orders, quantity adjustments, etc.
- Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Previous Automotive experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining adequate vehicle inventory while minimizing obsolescence; maintain proper reporting and inventory controls
- Maintain a perpetual inventory maintenance system
- Follow systems for receiving, logging, tracking, and controlling all vehicles and related documentation daily
- Assist accounting with claims, credit, or inventory discrepancies as requested
- Keep and file accurate logs of daily deliveries and pick-ups ensuring recipient’s signature is on each delivery entry
- Walk car lots weekly to scan all inventory
