The Vehicle Salesperson is responsible to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout their shopping, purchase, and ownership journey.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture a culture of extraordinary customer and associate experiences.
  • Develop a portfolio of prospects and clients.
  • Execute specific processes to deliver consistent measured results.
  • Utilize the dealership CRM and other software to manage and grow sales opportunities.
  • Continuously expand professional skills education
  • Achieve product knowledge expertise.
  • Achieve MFR. Brand knowledge expertise.
  • Achieve aftermarket products, warranty, and other expertise.
  • Directly interact with customers to generate prospects and close sales.
  • Communicate via email, telephone, text, video, and face to face daily.
  • Monitor, manage and maintain accurate paperwork.
  • Manage and report daily productivity.
  • Report progress, challenges, options, and solutions to assure outstanding results.
  • Drive and park vehicles.
  • Other duties as assigned.
