About The Position

Audi Fort Worth is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a USED VEHICLE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST to our team. Some things about this exciting position… Effectively manage vehicle exchange program through service department Associate the customer’s service relationship with likelihood to transition into a future sale using OEM equity lists, lease termination reports, and service data. Responsible for contacting customers by phone, monthly emails and direct mail regarding eligibility for vehicle exchange program, and ending lease terms (renewal). Reach out to potential clients, develop and maintain long-term relationships over the phone and in person. Develop and use tools to increase customer awareness of status, possible equity position, new products, versus ANR (additional needed repairs). Utilize presentations for opportunities to renew to include appraisals, test drives, and current vehicle costs versus replacement analysis Work with Sales Consultants for continuous follow up on all clients. Remain knowledgeable of products and services offered. Maintain records/metrics to demonstrate success and status. Prepare opportunity reports as required Provide follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction is not only met but exceeded.

Requirements

  • Prior Experience working in an Automotive Franchise Dealership prefered
  • Must be computer literate – knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and internet savvy.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communicator and articulate
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Organized and disciplined
  • Congenial and persuasive
  • Self-motivating with a competitive personality and drive to exceed expectations
  • All applicants must be willing to submit to pre-employment testing to include: Background checks, MVR, and hair follicle drug testing in order to qualify for employment
