About The Position

Pebble is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician to support R&D operations in the Bay Area. This role is integral to supporting R&D operations, test fleet, diagnostics, and troubleshooting supporting engineering objectives. This role requires flexibility, ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on difficult challenges, has a team approach to maximizing uptime, and can manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

BS/BA or equivalent trade school.
5+ years in the automotive industry.
5+ years experience in electric vehicle service.
5+ years experience in R&D technical operations.
Highly skilled in electronics and experienced with a wide range of vehicles and systems.
Can-do spirit and get-it-done attitude.

Responsibilities

Support R&D operations, ensuring optimal performance and uptime of the test fleet.
Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to support engineering objectives.
Work collaboratively with engineering and operations teams, providing valuable insights.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Occasionally travel to support test and marketing operations.
