At General Motors, our product teams are redefining mobility. Through a human-centered design process, we create vehicles and experiences that are designed not just to be seen, but to be felt. We’re turning today’s impossible into tomorrow’s standard —from breakthrough hardware and battery systems to intuitive design, intelligent software, and next-generation safety and entertainment features. Every day, our products move millions of people as we aim to make driving safer, smarter, and more connected, shaping the future of transportation on a global scale. The Role The Vehicle Dynamics Simulation Engineer leads the design and development of components and subsystems that critically impact vehicle dynamics performance and structural loads. This role leverages advanced virtual tools and full-vehicle simulation packages to drive integration across vehicle dynamics and related disciplines. Engineers in this role will have the opportunity to specialize in technical domains such as tire modeling, control system integration, and other simulation-driven areas that influence vehicle behavior. A strong emphasis is placed on the use of automation methods such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) to ensure efficient, scalable, and repeatable simulation workflows.
