About The Position

America's Car-Mart of Taylor is seeking a dependable, full-time Car Detailer to join our team. This position plays a key role in preparing vehicles for sale by performing high-quality interior and exterior cleaning. In addition to detailing, you will assist with day-to-day operations, including moving and organizing vehicle inventory on the lot. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in car detailing or automotive services is preferred but not required
• Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicle exteriors and interiors to company standards
• Vacuum, shampoo, and deep-clean vehicle interiors
• Apply wax, polish, and protective coatings
• Move and organize vehicles on the lot or in storage
• Assist with general lot and shop duties as needed
• Report any damage or maintenance needs to the manager
• Keep detailing area and equipment clean and organized
