About The Position

The Vehicle Detailer is responsible for providing high-quality automotive interior and exterior cleaning services in accordance with Paws Up standards. This role ensures all vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional condition to support daily operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Current driver’s license with two years driving experience
Ability to operate various sized multi-passenger vehicles

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of world class hospitality and service management preferred

Responsibilities

Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, ensuring compliance with all resort standards and requirements.
Operate detailing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Perform inspections and maintain complete, accurate records of each vehicle’s condition.
Safely move, park, and reposition vehicles as needed to support operational flow.
Provide luggage assistance to guests when necessary, ensuring a positive and professional guest experience.
Conduct assigned errands and assist with the delivery of guest amenities throughout the resort as needed.
Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain guest confidentiality before, during, and after their stay.
Stay up to date on resort information, procedures, and service standards.
Follow and complete daily departmental checklists.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail at all times.
Support Guest Services team functions, as directed by management.
