About The Position

Mercedes-Benz of Morgantown is looking for a motivated, customer service oriented individual to join our growing sales team as our vehicle delivery specialist. Dealership experienced is preferred but we are willing to train the right applicant. We provide in-house and franchise training to familiarize our sales staff with the vehicles, features and options available to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communications skills and be comfortable conversing with customers as they introduce them to their new vehicle. Your daily job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Preparing sold vehicles for delivery Explaining vehicle features and systems to the customer Connecting customer phones and enrolling in franchise connected services Meeting with customers to answer follow-up questions Completing franchise training Familiarization of current and upcoming model features Taking pictures of customers and their new vehicles Preparing delivery bags and gifts In addition to competitive pay, Mercedes-Benz of Morgantown offers it's employees an extensive benefits package which includes: Health and Dental 401(k) with matching opportunities Paid Time-Off Disability Complimentary Life Insurance Policy Thank you for your interest in our company and this position!
