About The Position
We are seeking a part-time Vehicle Delivery Ambassador! This position involves off-site driving to pick up and drop off customer vehicles. Not your traditional valet role: Unlike more traditional valet positions, running isn't involved, and most locations are protected from the elements. Fasten Your Seatbelt for Fun: Our fast paced environment keeps your shifts flying by, so there's no time for boredom. Mornings & Afternoons Only (M-F 8 AM - 4PM, Sat 7AM-11:30 AM): Enjoy a consistent schedule with weekdays only Level Up Your Skills: Gain valuable experience in customer service and hospitality, setting you up for future success.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License (1+ year): You'll be our ambassador on wheels, so a clean driving record is a must.
- 18+ Years of Age: Time to put your learner's permit away and join the team!
- Communication Champion: You'll be interacting with customers, so clear communication is key.
- Team Player: We thrive on collaboration, so get ready to high-five your teammates!
- All Citrin team members are required to use dashcams while operating vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Top-Notch Service: Drive vehicles and ensure a seamless experience for customers getting their cars serviced.
- Be the Shuttle Superhero: Occasionally transport customers in our convenient courtesy shuttle.
- Keep the Cars Coming: Occasionally move vehicles between dealerships to optimize our inventory.
- The Pickup Pro: Occasionally pick up customer vehicles for service and ensure their safe return.
- Master of the Parking Puzzle: Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership for efficient service.
